UK delivery — £3.99 per order

Standard delivery costs £3.99 for each order delivered to a United Kingdom address, regardless of the number of items in the order. The delivery charge and total are displayed before payment. There is currently no automatic free-delivery threshold.

Delivery arrangements

We currently accept UK delivery addresses only. We will deliver without undue delay and within 30 days of accepting your order unless a different timeframe is expressly agreed with you. If you need an item by a particular date, please email info@denmarlifestyle.com before ordering so we can confirm whether this is possible. Any estimate supplied with your order is an estimate unless we expressly agree a guaranteed date.

Your address and delivery problems

Please check your delivery address carefully and contact us promptly if it needs correcting. If an order is delayed, lost, damaged or incorrect, email info@denmarlifestyle.com with your order number. We will investigate with the carrier and provide the remedy required by law. The goods remain our responsibility until delivered to you or a person you identify, unless you independently appoint a carrier we did not offer.

Restricted products

Fragrances, aerosols and other restricted goods must travel using a suitable service. We choose an appropriate carrier; please contact us before posting a leaking, damaged or restricted item back.

Cancellation and returns

You can cancel eligible online orders and return faulty or misdescribed goods in accordance with your statutory rights. Read our Returns & Refunds Policy for time limits, postage responsibilities and the return address.
